Frusty's Gyan, Moral of the Story: The common man has very short term memory. This fact is exploited by the politicians to the hilt for their own benefit.
Recently the aviation minister of on a foundation stone laying spree.
The other politicians have not been far behind.

The story in words for those who cannot see the picture:

Bossy to Frusty( They are at the foundation stone laying ceremony by the aviation minister): The aviation minister is on a spress of laying airport foundation stones for newairport terminals, just before teh elections. He seems to have difficulty in remembering what all cities he has already covered. Today he isagain laying a foundations stone in this city for a new aiport terminal. Hehas forgotten that he has already laid one last week in this city for a new terminal.
